Tour: Necklace

A member of the Phillips family, most likely Margaret Duncan, brought this jade plaque home as a souvenir. It may have been made into a necklace, in the style of Cartier’s Art Deco jewelry, at a later date. Rather than wear it, members of the Phillips family placed the necklace in a cabinet with other tourist memorabilia from Asia.
