Christel and Udo Hess headed the “Bauhaus Café” one of the most popular restaurants in Dessau because of the large number of high-level events which included New Year’s Eve celebrations as well as fashion shows, dance evenings (especially with the house band Helmut Adt) or carnival celebrations.
